TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager- Inside Sales in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for driving national revenue, profit margin and overall sales growth through leadership of the internal Service Sales function and engagement with Area and Branch Sales teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Safety First - Supports a culture of safety throughout the organization and stresses the importance of safety to all employees
- Manage and develop dedicated Inside Sales representatives in achievement of sales and proposal goals including, but not limited to, NIM conversions, Service Contract renewals and recaptures, Lead generation, Repair and Digital sales
- Set individual and team sales goals, review performance and ensure on-going training and development
- Create synergies within all lines of business regarding NIM process with the goal of producing > 90% Conversion RaTe
- Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders (Area/Branch Sales Managers, Pricing, Digital, Marketing, Sales Support and National Account teams) to ensure alignment on offerings, and consistency and professionalism in customer engagement
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the overall market including, including penetration opportunities, volume for different lines of business, competitor and consultants’ positions and strategies
- Lead business growth efforts directly and foster relationships with key customers, consultants and architects
- Communicate and collaborates with Area and Branch Operations, National Accounts and Marketing teams to support lead generations and closed loop sales campaigns
- Supports a culture of customer satisfaction that promotes customer retention. Works with other departments to ensure proactive customer assistance.
- Implements and oversee strategic sales initiatives in keeping with corporate and regional strategic initiatives.
- Leverage sales tools and training, e.g., CRM, Sales Support/Quick Quotes, TK Extend, TK Trips, Big Machines, Appian, etc. to support growth and alignment with Field organization
- Develops internal and external team brand identity as effective sales support and driver of results
- Ensure all offerings are approved based on established approvals levels
- Ensure Inside sales teams achieve goals through activity monitoring and regular review cadence
- Reviews and sets sales goals in line with budgetary and corporate guidelines.
- Prepare monthly forecast for booking activity, sharing communications with relevant stakeholders (VP Service Sales, ASDs)
- Maintain familiarity with company products through training classes attendance and leveraging ITS
- Maintain individual and team ethical standards and code of conduct compliance.
- Assist, where appropriate, AR resolutions to support branch and region goals
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior personnel management experience preferred
- Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization strongly preferred
- 7+ Years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry
- Proven success in B2B field sales with experience selling services in a highly competitive market
- Ability to review and guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to improve profitability
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
