What we expect
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies that drive awareness, interest, and conversion across various channels.
- Utilize digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEA, PPC, Social Media, E-Mail Marketing) to attract and engage potential customers.
- Explore and elevate new offline marketing tactics (Brochures, Mailings, Fairs & Events, collaboration with Sanitary Houses, engage with further relevant stakeholders e.g. Architects and Planners)
- Optimize lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Initiative Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Establish and closely track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and present detailed reports on initiative performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Central Campaign Creation:
- Lead the design and execution of central marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate who is not only greatly skilled in marketing but also brings profound experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organisation to achieve mutual marketing goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on campaign development and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, project management tools).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
