What we expect

We are looking to recruit an outstanding, industry experienced, salesperson to build long-term relationships with industry leading contractors, developers and clients.

A position currently exists within the New Installation sales team, for a highly motivated, detail orientated business-to-business sales professional.

  • Work in a safe manner and demonstrate ‘Customer Focused’ behaviours at all time.
  • Convey TK Elevator commitment to quality both in customer service and products provided.
  • Maximise new lift sales through prospecting new business, dealing with current repeat business customers and internal leads.
  • Produce tenders for projects in line with customer requirements.
  • Closely monitor negotiations and adapt to changes in customer requirements in order to secure the desired levels of business.
  • Negotiate company agreed terms and conditions at pre-contract meetings.
  • Produce customer account development plans and regular forecasts of expected business.
  • Liaise with installation teams to help develop the ideal solution for the customer.
  • Liaise with TK Elevator service departments to ensure protection and growth of service portfolio.
  • Be responsible for the post order award drawing production process and client approval.
  • Ensure all architectural elements of design are agreed and approved prior to ordering the equipment on our factories.
  • Working to define client and TK Elevator lead times and programmes.

  • The successful applicant will possess strong sales and negotiation skills with a high degree of self-confidence and a strong desire for achievement.
  • You will already have a good knowledge of the Construction and elevator Industry and have the necessary skills to co-ordinate negotiations, develop customer proposals, make effective presentations and close the sale, while also conveying a level technical knowledge to instil confidence in the proposed solution.
  • The individual must be highly motivated and energetic with the ability to work on his or her own and as part of a team.
  • An engineering knowledge is desired and good administration and computer skills are essential coupled with being fully versed with Microsoft packages including but not limited to Word, Excel, Project and Outlook .
