TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Data & Analytics Specialist located in Atlanta, GA.
Procurement Data & Analytics Specialist role has a deep focus on process and systems excellence. The specialist will oversee the operational procurement processes, ensuring our systems and procurement processes are aligned to enable a
well-run procure to pay systems environment across TKE.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:
- Oversees day-to-day operational procurement through procure-to-pay systems
 excellence for Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer & SAP
- Guide project teams to create solutions to the business challenges through
 technical expertise in procurement technology and AI based spend analytics
 platform - Creactives
- Assists in planning and implementation of system roadmap enhancements
- Oversee internal supplier catalog creation, upkeep, as well as manage
 punchout catalog process with suppliers
- Identify process opportunities and system enhancements to deliver cost
 savings, improve efficiency, and enhance quality for internal customers
- Monitor operational performance and steward continuous improvement through
 data analytics, automation and standardization
- Support transformation efforts through process discipline, organizational
 alignment, and governance
- Support the Creactives spend data warehouse, troubleshooting data issues,
 and providing data support to end users as required
- Work cross-functionally to develop, optimize, document, and maintain all
 systems processes SOP's
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large or
 small groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues,
 and drive change management
- Steward system controls in accordance with company’s policies and
 procedures
- Train and mentor the organization on P2P process methodology and best
 practices
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required: Engineering, Supply Chain Management or
 Business Administration
- Expert Understanding of Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and digital
 platforms SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer
- Industry certifications – Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, PMP, AI, spend data management and analytics a plus
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Excel advanced functions, AI based spend
 analytics a plus
- 10+ years working within operational procurement processes, procedures,
 and systems
- Extensive Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Jaggaer, or equivalent systems
 in procure-to-pay and AI based spend analytics
- Deep knowledge of Jaggaer, Ariba, Oracle, SAP or similar systems
- Experienced in troubleshooting, issue resolution, data analysis, and
 client interaction
- Solid technology experience with procurement systems and AI based spend
 analytics platforms
- Ability to recognize and translate business problems into technology-based
 solutions in procurement and spend analytics areas
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project
 management and change management processes
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in supply chain/procurement processes is required
- Ability to explain technical information in an easily understandable
 format.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Public speaking and
 presentation skills both virtual and in person are a must.
