We are seeking for a Product Rollout and Country Enablement Manager experienced with digital solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless rollout of our digital products globally. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication to ensure successful rollout with minimal disruption. Also the role requires to enabled and technically consult countries in the preparation of their country backends and processes to be able to provide the digital solutions to our customers.  As a Product Rollout and Country Enablement Manager, you will work in cross-functional teams with multiple development workstreams, and guiding other countries in the launch of the digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the rollout of TKE Digital Solutions and new features across countries, in close coordination with BUs.
• Understand the digital products from system architecture perspective and also from user side to connect both worlds.
• Ensure product & feature readiness for launch by close collaboration with the product development team before deployment in new markets.
• Align and define timelines, roadmaps, and milestones for digital product rollouts.
• Ensure technical country readiness for product deployments
• Coordinates product launches with BUs:

*Assess backend compatibility with local ERP systems.
*Provide guidance & support to local backend integration and data initialization.
*Oversee local configurations, localization, and validation.
*Align with local teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) for a smooth roll-out.

• Continuously monitoring the deployment to ensure it is proceeding smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensuring that the deployed product is functioning correctly and meets quality standards.
• Address any post-deployment issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Enable BU teams to adopt new features effectively:

•  Support local teams (L1/L2) to ensure full understanding and proper handling of new features.
• Define and maintain KPIs aligned with global performance and success metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or similar technical qualification.
• Experience with the rollout of products in a international landscape.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and international environments.
•  Valid communication skills with field business and field experts, DevOps and product teams including developers, POs and testers.
• Knowledge about Azure DevOps or similar tools for agile tasks tracking is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
