TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager, S&R & Digital
in Atlanta, GA.
The Program Manager for Digital Ops & Sales and Service Ops & Sales and will oversee all projects that have been identified within the functional areas including: Service Operations, Service Sales, MAX Platform, Spares Business Centre, Digital Services, ITS, and Service Technology. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Monthly Operational Review and implement all the Hoshin Kanri related project management fundamentals and systems to properly track and report on the status of each project within Smartsheets and other PPM tools within the company. Report outs will be required monthly for the COO, S&R and Digital leaders and team and on an ad hoc basis for the North American Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Responsible to implement and practice Agile methodology in the Hoshin Kanri set up of strategic planning and deployment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the project managers on the team in proper project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation by following Agile Methodology (in both IT and No-IT projects)
- Monitors and manages the scope of all projects in the portfolio of projects.
- Track and monitor program level bowlers/KPIs, dashboards and risks for the MoRs through Smartsheets.
- Mentors project managers in cross-functional collaboration within the business to ensure project timelines are met and escalates as necessary when misalignment occurs.
- With the functional team leader and project manager, establishes project charter, business case, and project plan for every project.
- In collaboration with the functional team leader and project manager, establishes a Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan for each project with an overarching OCM plan for all projects to provide visibility to the amount and type of activities hitting the regions/branches at a particular point in time.
- Creates master project plan to provide visibility to required resources and escalates when necessary if resources become over-allocated
- Driving upstream communications to highlight the project and programs with long-term strategic goals and business objectives.
- Manages the funnel of projects and establishes monthly governance cadence
- Delivers monthly reporting to team leaders to ensure projects are on time, on budget.
- Prepares reports as required by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for various projects and assists team leaders in updating PPMT reporting as required.
- Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations
- Represents Service & Repair Business and Digital business as required in other company projects to provide insight as to resource availability and scope of all project deliverables
- Maintains lean X matrix approach to all projects with quantifiable KPIs established and agreed to with the BU leaders, SVP PMO and Ops and Sales PMO Lead.
- Responsible for identifying resolution of issues with items not complying with the process
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while paying attention to several sources of information at once without affecting performance in an environment with multiple conflicting priorities and interruptions are prevalent.
- Facilitate root cause analysis on problems where appropriate and identify action items/recommendations to address issues.
- Maintain documentation and lessons learned along with best practices, and quality improvement documentation.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or combination of equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of complex project and program management experience
- 3+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Understanding and ability to manage Smartsheets
- Practice of Hybrid – Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in process improvement, project management, and system analysis with a well–rounded knowledge of manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with line of business (LOB) best practices
- Ability to excel in an industry where multiple priorities can conflict, and interruptions are prevalent.
- Ability to strategically analyze a situation and recommend and communication strategy/plan.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations either verbally or in written format.
- Excellent executive presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Experience working successfully within a team environment.
