What we expect

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Data & Analytics for our Global Field function to support the successful execution of projects with focus on data and analytics. This role will oversee data-driven projects aimed at optimizing field service operations, ensuring seamless integration of data workflows, and improving decision-making through analytics and insights. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital, IT, Finance and Field Operations across the organization, to ensure effective follow-ups, project tracking, and management-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan and drive end-to-end data projects related to the Global Field Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines
  • Business Expertise: Leverage understanding of field operations and financial processes to align data initiatives with business needs. Translate business challenges into actionable insights and digital solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, field operations, and finance teams to define project requirements, priorities, and success metrics
  • Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Operational & Financial Reporting: Ensure data initiatives support accurate and effective operational and financial reporting, driving insights for business decisions
  • Process Optimization: Drive standardization of data workflows and governance to improve data accessibility, quality, and reliability for field teams
  • Management Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and executive-friendly presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and business impacts
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure projects adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards, especially regarding field service data
  • Follow-up & Coordination: Maintain strong follow-ups on project tasks, ensuring milestones are met and teams are aligned
  • Agile & Best Practices: Apply Agile methodologies and best practices in project management, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement

Who we are looking for

  • Experience: First experience in project management, ideally in data-related initiatives within field service, financial reporting, or operational environments
  • Project Management Expertise: Good knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
  • Operational & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of operational and financial reporting, with an ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to managing complex projects
  • Change Management: Experience in driving change and adoption of new technologies or processes within operational teams
  • Attention to Detail: Strong follow-up and tracking skills to ensure project tasks are executed effectively
  • Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
