TK Elevator is seeking a Project Manager Intern, Transformation- Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and business transformation while learning key methodologies such as Agile, Hoshin Kanri strategic methodology, and business case development. The intern will work on various projects, gaining exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle, utilizing data and project management systems to drive insights, and contributing to organizational success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in managing simple projects from initiation to closure or coordinate activities for more complex projects.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies, including Agile practices and Hoshin Kanri principles.
• Support the development and presentation of business cases to drive strategic initiatives and financial outcomes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and understanding project impacts on Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Analyze project contributions to EBITDA improvement and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
• Utilize data and project management tools to analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Document project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and recommend creative improvements to project processes and workflows.
• Develop a solid understanding of business transformation fundamentals and apply them to real-world scenarios.
• Deliver high-quality written and oral communication to share findings, updates, and recommendations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent data analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, or data visualization software is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to take direction well and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Interest in learning and applying project management and financial impact best practices.
