What we expect
- Manage stage and final inspections for new installations as per regional guidelines.
- Drive a “First Time Right” culture.
- Work on common safety and quality issues for quick resolution.
- Implement and monitor PCI/MPCI/FI tasks according to plan.
- Conduct initiatives and training sessions to improve service and new installation quality.
- Implement 6S in the field.
- Analyze and resolve field issues.
- Timely reporting of serious incidents as per protocol/guidelines.
- Conduct RCA / 8D analysis of incidents as required.
- Audit sick/high call rate units.
- Audit units in service and reduce critical and safety nonconformities.
- Handle customer complaints at regional level with the regional team.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience 12 to 15 years at least 10 years of experience in quality management within the elevator and escalator industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
