What we expect
Your responsibilities
- Provide fact-based, timely and efficient data driven analysis and produce reporting of business results
- Ensure accurate, timely, and concise production of financial information
- Open to give/receive feedback
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a high level of accountability for outcomes
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, providing necessary support and guidance
- Embrace change with resilience, adapting quickly to evolving business needs and market dynamics
- Adopt an end-to-end approach to problem-solving and project management, ensuring all aspects of operations are considered and addressed
Who we are looking for
Your profile
- 3 years of experience in AP/AR/MD with strong overview/understanding on all three functions
- College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with major in accounting or equivalent qualification)
- Advanced English (+ other European language skill is an advantage)
- SAP (or other ERP system) knowledge
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
