What we expect
- Steer and further develop the annual leadership review process, succession planning for our leaders as well as the global development dialog in SAP SuccessFactors
- Support Succession Planning to build a solid leadership pipeline in the short and long term
- Manage global governance for all Talent related processes
- Lead the Top Executive Talent Program aimed to top leaders in the organization
- Further develop our leadership training offers together with the HR teams of our Business Units, external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions
- Design and manage Coaching and Mentoring Programs
- Develop a global portfolio of leadership assessments to support development of our leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Development teams in our Business Units and HR business partners providing insights and recommendations on talent management, succession planning and leadership development needs
Who we are looking for
- Academic degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8-10 years of professional experience in leadership development, leadership training, or talent management roles, preferably in a global or multinational organization
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful leadership development programs, leadership assessments and leadership trainings
- Sound knowledge of best practices in leadership development, as well as on the market of external vendors, consultants, and academic institutions for leadership development and training
- Proficiency in successfully planning and rolling out talent management/leadership development projects
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in negotiating with Works Councils
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working across diverse regions and geographies
- Fluency in English; native German speaker, additional language skills are a plus
