TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Business Transformation– Corporate Functions located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy to enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and optimize corporate functions such as IT, Finance, and HR across TK Elevator in North America. This role will partner with senior leadership to identify key opportunities for improvement, lead transformation initiatives, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful project implementation. By focusing on process optimization, technology adoption, and change management, the Sr. Director, Business Transformation will play a critical role in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead and manage the overall business transformation strategy within corporate functions, ensuring alignment with North America’s strategic goals.
  • Utilize Hoshin Kanri methodologies to define, develop, and execute transformation roadmaps that drive alignment across the organization and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in IT, Finance and HR processes.
  • Spearhead the Agile transformation across IT and the business using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to improve collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness.
  • Provide training and support to teams in adopting Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes while coaching and upskilling existing employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Finance, and HR to implement transformation initiatives that align with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to promote alignment and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects, particularly in adopting scaled agile methodologies.
  • Analyze current processes within corporate functions, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives, ensuring proactive risk management and contingency planning.
  • Read and analyze P&L statements, create comprehensive business cases, and understand top-line and bottom-line value creation, specifically in relation to EBITDA.
  • Ensure that transformation initiatives are aligned with financial performance goals and contribute to overall business profitability.
  • Utilize the ADKAR change management framework to facilitate the successful adoption of transformation initiatives within IT, Finance, and HR.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that focus on awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement to ensure sustainable change.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote the smooth integration of new technologies and tools within the organization.
  • Track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, regularly updating stakeholders on key metrics and project status.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on transformation outcomes, ensuring accountability to strategic targets.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business transformation or similar roles, with a strong understanding of change management, project management principles, and experience in Hoshin Kanri, ADKAR, and scaled agile methodologies.
  • Agile Experience: Proven experience leading Agile transformations using SAFe within corporate functions, including experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Certification: SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) certification is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Smartsheets for project management and reporting.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Experience: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus, with a proven ability to drive operational improvements in corporate functions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation.
  • Efficiency & Productivity: Successful implementation of transformation initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements in operational efficiency and productivity within corporate functions.
  • KPIs & Targets: Achievement of key performance indicators and project targets established for transformation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Positive feedback from stakeholders on the impact and effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
  • Timely Reporting: Accurate and timely reporting on the progress and outcomes of transformation projects.
  • Adoption & Integration: Smooth and effective adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes across the organization.
