For our new global High-Rise organization, we are looking for a highly motivated Test & Qualification Engineer (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:

• Coordination of test & qualification activities in the test tower Rottweil
• Definition and execution of test & qualification plans, requirement, activities and procedures
• Management of test & qualification activities from the planning to the closure and reporting
• Working in the international High-Rise team and collaboration with test and qualification engineers from other test centers and test towers worldwide
• Working closely with the R&D team to define the test and qualification strategy and ensure the success of testing
• Independent management of own projects as well as creation of reports and documentation

• Completed technical studies (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field) or completed training with a specialization in mechatronics or electrical engineering or a dual course of study
• Solid knowledge, skills, and experience of lift products
• Comprehensive project management skills and hands-on mentality
• Excellent analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a strong focus on goals and time orientation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international, and creative team
• Willingness to travel and high motivation to work at heights
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
