What we expect

Role Scope

In the role of Transformation PMO Manager (d/f/m), you will be the operating backbone of Elevate, our group-wide transformation program, creating the transparency that enables the Senior Leadership Team to steer delivery with confidence.
You will keep program governance at a consistently high standard, with risks, actions, milestones, dependencies, and benefits accurate and up to date at all times. You will identify delivery risks before they materialize and challenge workstream owners constructively wherever initiatives drift from plan.
At the heart of the role is value transparency: you will trace every initiative through to its P&L effect and articulate the EBITDA story of Elevate – what has been delivered, what has not, where benefits are landing, and where they are not. Given the scale of our investment in Elevate, this role makes the value created understandable across the entire organization. Based in Germany, the position offers close exposure to the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Connect initiative delivery to financial outcomes, tracing initiatives through to their P&L effect and articulating the EBITDA story of Elevate: what has delivered, what has not, and where benefits are materializing.
  • Uphold a high standard of program governance, ensuring risks, actions, milestones, dependencies, and benefits remain accurate and up to date at all times within the group ePMO framework.
  • Anticipate delivery risks, identify deviations from plan at an early stage, and engage workstream owners to address them before they affect program outcomes.
  • Validate benefits jointly with Finance and workstream leads, quantify variances between plan and actual, and follow up on corrective actions with the responsible owners.
  • Prepare executive reporting and steering committee materials that translate complex program progress into concise, decision-ready insight.
  • Sustain the program cadence and rhythm across all workstreams, keeping status, priorities, and risks aligned at every level.

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, transformation, project management, or consulting within a complex international environment. Prior experience at a business owned by a Private Equity firm or within the accessibility industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs, including governance, benefit tracking, and validation of initiative impact through to the P&L.
  • Sound commercial and financial understanding, including EBITDA bridges and
    business case logic.
  • Ability to translate complex program progress into a clear and compelling value narrative for executive audiences.
  • Strong affinity for data, analytical PMO tools, and Excel, with a hands-on approach to turning data into actionable business insights.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic team player who builds trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels to accelerate business impact, with the confidence to challenge workstream owners constructively when initiatives drift from plan.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented delivery style, keeping multiple workstreams on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.

The role requires regular on-site presence, with remote working opportunities (40%) available
