The Global Field function is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing our field business. Specifically, this means that we take care of the sales and installation of new equipment as well as the service and modernization business.

In this role, you’ll support project planning, organize workshops and meetings, and help ensure clear communication and documentation across global stakeholders. You’ll get a front-row seat to cross-functional collaboration between Field Operations, IT, Finance, and Digital teams — gaining valuable exposure to agile work and real business impact.

Your tasks:

• Support Project Management Activities – Assist in tracking tasks, preparing updates, and helping the project team stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.
• Organize Workshops and Meetings – Help coordinate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Maintain Project Documentation – Keep project trackers, timelines, and documentation up to date using tools like Excel, Teams, Azure DevOps, or SharePoint.
• Prepare Presentations and Reports – Assist in creating slides, status reports, and summaries for internal project updates and management communication.
• Contribute to Cross-Team Communication – Support consistent and structured communication between global, multi-vendor, and multi-location

• Enrolled student in Business, Economic, Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in project management, business transformation, or digital topics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
• Comfortable communicating in English; other languages a plus
• Availability for at least 6 months (part-time or full-time during breaks)
