We are looking for a working student (m/w/d) who wants to be part of a dynamic, digitally addicted, multicultural team to set up a data analytics structure in a live corporate environment. You actively shape the digital transformation of our business with high management attention and dedication.

Responsibility

• Collect, process, and analyze large and complex data sets.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide data insights that inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Assist with data quality control processes and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Your Profile and Skills

• Advanced bachelor- or early master studies in the field of computer science, data science, statistics, or any equivalent field.
• Good knowledge of programming skills, especially Python.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in SQL is a must. Data visualization tools such as Power BI are a plus.
• Proven experience with data science tools and libraries like Jupyter Notebooks, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, PyTorch (or equivalent).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines is desired but not required.
• An experimental and entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build things from scratch or optimize ones that already exist.
• Passion for technology and the inner interest to solve problems and move things forward.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. German is a plus.
