Nossas expectativas
Manage programs from Cluster structure based on SPDP process or Agile methodology at global level ensuring the alignment on scope and results achievement across BUs involved with high connection with PMs for the projects related.
Scope:
Location: BU PMO in Cluster Location
Complexity & Process: SPDP; Agile Methology; Clusters Portfolio;
Responsible for Cluster programs portfolio updating tracking, ensure OTOBOS, Communication alignment between the CCG + Clusters + PDC/PMO BUs Heads;
Essencial Duties:
Oversee program management process at Cluster ensure project to project implementation with project manager support.
Present the Program status at Local and Global Executive Board meeting;
Manage an elevator project developed in in another country
Manage a cross-functional team in another country.

Competencies:
- Technical program management skills;
- Agile methodology knowledge and experience;
- Communication domain/alignment;
- Program Portfolio & Financial Management at Cluster
- KPIs monitoring;
- Global / Holistic / Systemic Business View.
- Track and be diligent on deliverables;
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Busineess Adm/Tech field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience on business projects.
- PMP Certification required or Project Management MBA.
- Experience New Product Launch/Gated Process;
- Customer / Supplier Relationship experience;
- Communication Skills in global/local a matrix;
- Cross BUs team management resource;
- Fluency in English
Availability for travel
- At least 50% of the time to travel abroad;
