القيام بالصيانة في الموقت المحدد وفقا لإجراءات الصيانة لدى الشركة و الحفاظ على الأدوات و المعدات و فقا لمتطلبات الجودة بالشركة.
- مساعدة فنى الصيانة الأول في إجراءات الصيانة.
- مسؤول عن صيانة و استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية له.
- مسؤول عن صيانة و استخدام الأدوات/ المعدات في الموقع.
- مسؤول عن سلامته الشخصية و سلامة الموظفين الأخرين في الموقع.
- مسؤول عن جودة الصيانة (مكالمات الاستدعاء و الصيانة الدورية).
- مسؤول عن تنفيذ الصيانة بكفاءة في الوقت المحدد وفقاَ لعدد الساعات المحددة.
- التعليم : دبلوم صناعي / مجال هندسي
- سنوات الخبرة : من سنة إلى 5 سنوات
- مهارات المعرفة:
- يجب ان يكون قادر على العمل في الأنشطة الميكانيكية.
- لديه استعداد لتعلم انشطة أخرى او أي نوع من المصاعد و السلالم المتحركة.
متطلبات مهارات القيادة:
- دعم بنشاط بيان أهداف الشركة وأهدافها.
- القدرة على إدارة التغييرات بفعالية.
- مهارات المعرفة:
- مهارات حل المشاكل.
- مهارات الاتصال ومهارات الاستماع.
- مهارات اتخاذ القرار.
- مهارات تنظيم الوقت.
- شرط الصحة و السلامة - التوعية و الوقاية من الحوادث*
- شرط الصحة و السلامة – تطبيق القواعد و إتباع اللوائح
- *10%الحضور و الانصراف
- 20% جودة العمل المٌنتج المُعين له
- 10% إتباع إجراءات الصيانة
- 10% الحفاظ على أصول الشركة و الأدوات و صورة الشركة امام العملاء.
- 50% تحقيق ساعات العمل المٌتفق عليها
