What we expect

Digital Operations Centers (DOC) at TK Elevator intend to translate data into actionable insights for our service and sales workforce in field operations, all geared towards improving performance of our customers’ elevators and escalators. At multiple locations worldwide we run DOC’s where top experts from elevator domain, data and field operations gather. These efforts are facilitated by a comprehensive set of digital solutions that create data transparency, recognize failure pattern, derive actionable recommendations for service technicians and monitor post intervention performance.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Solution Manager (d/f/m) to join our global DOC team, located in Madrid. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and communication skills with a good architectural understanding of digital solutions incl. IOT data, cloud infrastructure and frontline applications.

 

This role is key to define consistent and executable roadmaps for the digital solutions supporting DOC’s at TK Elevator.

 

  • Closely collaborate with Product Owners of our digital solutions that are needed to support DOC’s
  • Coordinate development tasks, feature requests, and cross-country pattern management for DOC, ensuring timely responses and operational efficiency
  • Take ownership of DOC's ongoing development, coordination with international teams, and management of day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate workshops with business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements and implementation
  • Ensure end to end communication between affected parties in the context of feature developments
  • Manage and follow-up on features requested to global portfolio management process (PMP)
  • Evaluate and manage dependencies to other digital solutions (e.g. Customer Portal)

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, technical or engineering program or a comparable subject
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management roles in the context of digital solutions
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts
  • Skilled in producing project documentation, including project charters, roadmaps, and progress reports
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in the core MS Office suite of applications, ideally additional PowerBI skills
  • Passion for data-driven innovation in industrial services.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
