Join TK Elevator Kuwait for General Trading and Contracting Co WLL as a Junior Service Sales Engineer based in Safat. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Service Sales (SER Sal) department, contributing to the growth and success of our elevator service solutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and sales skills while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new service sales opportunities within the assigned territory, helping to expand our client base and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales engineers and service teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored elevator maintenance and modernization solutions.
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and corporate policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including technical, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless service solutions.
  • Attend technical training sessions and stay updated on the latest elevator technologies and industry standards to effectively present our offerings.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings to gather technical data and understand service requirements.
  • Assist in tracking sales targets and reporting on progress to management, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong interest in technical sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of elevator systems, maintenance services, and technical documentation is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
