We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient MOD Sales Engineer to join our team at TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with cutting-edge elevator technologies and contribute significantly to our sales and engineering initiatives within the MOD Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company safety, ethics, and QHSE standards.
  • Gain field experience through site visits and learn modernization solutions.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, site visits, and service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Review tenders, conduct site surveys, and identify customer needs/pain points.
  • Prepare technical/commercial proposals, estimates, and deliver presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales orders with manager approval.
  • Monitor financials (payments, milestones, retention) for assigned projects.
  • Act as account manager from booking to handover, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Update CRM and sales tools to track pipeline and performance.
  • Coordinate with service, operations, finance and safety teams.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets and contribute to department objectives other KPIs assigned by the sales manager
  • Support TKE brand growth and market share in modernization and service business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferred.
  • +5 years’ experience in Elevator Sales/ Sales related to equipment in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the elevator or vertical transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of elevator technologies, mechanical systems, and associated safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyse client requirements and develop technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
