THE ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a hybrid technical-management profile to be part of technological projects related to industrial automation & digital solutions for airport and port operations environments, including aircraft and vessel docking guidance systems, boarding bridge solutions, and other digital services and products for the airport ecosystem.

Following the Project Manager's guidelines, the primary goal is to ensure project planning is met by overseeing compliance with key milestones, deadlines, and conditions agreed with the client — all while seeking ways to drive client satisfaction, maintaining a strong client relationship, and delivering the financial results established for each project.

Among the main tasks, there will be the following ones:

• Project Coordination & Planning Support the Project Manager during the planning phase by tracking tasks and milestones across departments, coordinating material resources (purchases, rentals) and human resources, and flagging potential risks proactively.
• Project Control & Monitoring Monitor project progress from manufacturing through installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with contractual documents. Track costs, revenues, and deadlines, and communicate any changes to the scope of supply.
• Process Improvement Identify inefficient processes and procedural gaps, and actively drive improvement initiatives through to completion.
• Administrative & Client Management Handle project-related administrative tasks (invoicing, documentation, material procurement) and attend to client visits and requirements.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Industrial Engineer with proven experience in IT-driven and automation projects, including systems integration, industrial digitalization, or smart manufacturing environments.

Strong communication Skills in order to coordinate and work as a team with other departments in order to achieve the project goals.

C1 english level or equivalent, and other aditional languages will be considered as a plus.
