Quality Engineer
TK Elevator Egypt S.A.E. — Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt
- Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.
- Conduct predefined inspections according to schedules during installation stages and/or modernization, preventive, or corrective service activities.
- Submit inspection reports on daily basis.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment used for quality control are in good working condition and calibrated, if required.
- Advise field teams on the corrective actions which have to be taken following inspections.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of Inspection & Test Plans on site.
- Report to Quality Manager, all instances where critical, corrective actions are not taken or ignored.
- Participate in improvement activities by suggesting changes in existing procedures, forms, tools etc.
- Conduct on-site quality-related toolbox talks.
