TK Elevator’s IT Department in Atlanta is seeking a motivated University Student Intern to join our IT team as a Salesforce Admin & Scrum Team Member. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), Salesforce platform administration, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Assist in managing Salesforce configurations, including user setups, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Support data maintenance activities, such as data imports, exports, and validation.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues reported by users.
  • Help implement and test Salesforce updates, features, and customizations.

Scrum Team Participation:

  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and ensure requirements are well-documented.
  • Contribute to the delivery of sprint tasks and project milestones within an Agile framework.

General IT Activities:

  • Support various phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in documentation efforts, including process diagrams, test scripts, and system configurations.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT solutions.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycle, and Agile principles.
  • Interest in learning Salesforce administration and enterprise IT operations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge or understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
