Our expectations

We are seeking a Program Manager to co-drive our digital governance and processes on a global scale. This key role involves driving strategic governance initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholder needs across regions, and ensuring adherence to digital governance standards and objectives within our global structure. This position requires a deep understanding of digital E2E, alongside strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Carry out digital as an ingrained element of TKEs global programs (Elevator products), from defining to executing roadmaps for digital products and services reaping business value for customers, service technicians and endusers.
  • Requirements gathering: Derive, challenge and align requirements from TKEs global programs. Break down requests into actionable steps for digital and its products. Ensuring digital plays a vital role in TKEs future products.
  • Enable Business Success: Work closely with all relevant Stakeholder (business and technical) to enable digital product success E2E. Act as an advocate for value of having digital ingrained, aligning digital business objectives and boundaries.
  • Business value identification: Create and steer business cases and business case delivery as an owner, alongside our global teams. Ensure digital budget is met in terms of cost and value creation.
  • Prioritization on value creation: Develop and manage a program roadmap (3, 6, 12 and 24 months) with prioritized requirements based on business value and our strategic focus. Drive vital discussions to always think backwards from the user and focus on MVPs with a global scale.
  • Collaboration with your peers: Partner with Product Owners and program managers to ensure excellence in product delivery. Independently obtain commitments from the BUs, PLM, R&D and IT.
  • Go-To-Person: Serve as the main point of contact for global stakeholders across product owner, product lifecycle management, R&D and suppliers to align on requirements, priorities, and value delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring program goals are well-communicated and implemented.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Report progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Who are we looking for

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in program management, technical lead, architect, or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.
  • Proven experience in managing programs and working with both technical and business teams.
  • Background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies with a focus on business value creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of balancing technical and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, policy management tools, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiar to understand requirements from business and regulatory standards.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment and strategic vision.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Being able to report project status to executives. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements.
  • Willingness to learn fast, continuously improve, and uphold high ethical standards.
  • Elevator Know-How as a plus. At least B2B Industry or System Know-How

Language:

Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German and/or Spanish, are beneficial.
