About the Role:

As a Service Field Manager, you will be overseeing a team of skilled technicians and service professionals, managing complex service projects, and optimizing field activities. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, efficient resource allocation, and proactive troubleshooting in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the service field team to maintain high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair services are executed efficiently, complying with regulatory standards and TK Elevator quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, internal departments, and suppliers to facilitate smooth service delivery.
