What we expect
The Global Field function is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing our field operations while driving various transformation projects, including Global Branch Excellence and AI-based initiatives. Our Field functions primarily focus on Service Sales, New Equipment and Installation, as well as Modernization, covering the entire lifecycle of our elevators. The function is structured into four sub-teams, and you will be assigned to one of these teams.
Your tasks:
- You support the team in overall project management incl. setup, coordination, tracking, analysis, and review
- You facilitate the planning, liaising and implementation of international projects incl. cooperation with internal & external parties or agencies
- You support ongoing initiatives in collaboration with other global teams
- You take ownership of regular topics incl. monthly performance reviews and townhalls
- You assist the team in ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the top leadership and recurring meetings
Who we are looking for
- You are an enrolled student in a business, economics, technical or engineering degree program or a comparable subject
- You bring along the highest levels of initiative, team orientation and a great sense of responsibility
- You are confident in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and preferably already have experience with PowerBI
- You can comfortably work in an English-speaking environment
- Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or full-time internship for 6 months
