What we expect

  1. As a key member of China HR Leadership team, mainly support China CHRO to ensure followship across HR to merge global and local thinking in our execution of HR deliverables to employees.
  2. You will partner with our China business and functional leaders to continuously optimize organization structure and achieve better performance.
  3. Work closely with AP office, SEED Campus, COE, SSC and branches on the Management Trainee program including selection and recruitment, training and development, performance management, project presentation and job assignment.
  4. Coordinate with Regional HRBPs for implementing HR processes for all branches and offices in China Field.
  5. Keep track with changes in corporate guidelines, market practice and labour regulations. Advise the management of the changes and cooperate with China Filed Leading team to revise policy when needed.
  6. Deal with the employee relationship case, keeping align with company policy and government regulation.
  7. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
  9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or above,
  • Over 8 years' human resources working experience in general HR management and experience in multinational company.
  • 5 years of team management experience .
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
