TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. Billing Manager- National Accounts in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for managing all processes from contract set up to billing for National Accounts. The Manager works closely with National Accounts Sales, Branches and External Customers, ensuring that customers are properly set up, billing is accurate and invoices are received timely. National Account customers are strategic to the organization and therefore this position requires outstanding customer service and continuous process improvement mindset.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure adherence to company protocols and SOPs.
- Ensure that departmental goals and objectives are achieved by managing end-to-end metrics, SLAs, budget and overall team performance.
- Manage supervisors and team by engaging in the performance management process, holding employees accountable for meeting their goals, and rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary.
- Ensure that the department is providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, as National Accounts may have complex billing requirements and constant communication is essential. Attend meetings with customers to collect feedback and ensure that billing practices are in line with contract requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that supervisors provide effective training for new hires and existing team members. National Accounts expand beyond administrative functions, as it also includes work order management and web billing activities.
- Develop the Supervisors and coach them to also develop their team members.
- Review business processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure best practices and lessons learned are implemented.
- Partner with other Shared Services leaders to drive synergies and efficiencies between the different processes.
- Partner with National Accounts Sales to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the National Account end-to-end process.
- Partner with the Field to increase adherence of performance requirements and compliance in order to upload and submit invoices timely.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in National Accounts or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to effectively manage other leaders and work closely with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated coaching/mentoring skills and issue management problem solving skills.
