TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer located in Atlanta, GA.
This role will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions to drive business insights, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience through advanced machine learning and Generative AI techniques.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to address business challenges across departments.
- Design and implement generative AI and NLP applications (e.g., chatbots) to enhance business operations and productivity.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and deploying AI/ML models, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate business problems into AI/ML-driven technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) to optimize predictive analytics and automation across sales, service, and marketing teams.
- Continuously improve model performance by monitoring, retraining, and refining models based on evolving data and business needs.
- Leverage Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Salesforce AI, and other data engineering tools to develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices for AI/ML adoption across the organization.
- Create visualizations of findings and build analytics products to effectively communicate insights and enable informed decision-making.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's in Data Science & Analytics, preferred.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks for model deployment and data integration.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Spark, Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF), desired.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI and its integration with business systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating technical insights into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, office location, etc.

Employees will receive 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees will enjoy 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 5 paid days of sick leave. Up to six weeks of paid parental leave will be available for use after successful completion of 90-days of full-time employment. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
