We are looking for an AI/ Data Product Owner (d/f/m) to support driving our programmatic approach on AI, take ownership of high-impact data and AI products that generate measurable business results. This role bridges business and technology by ensuring that use cases built on our Common Data Platform (CDP) directly improve elevator service operations, sales, and customer outcomes. For this, you need to be “Bi-lingual” – tech and data savvy as well as being able to speak the language of our business. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to translate data opportunities into tangible value and adoption.

 

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and value case for derived AI/data products
  • Translate complex operational challenges into well-defined, actionable AI use cases. Translate business goals into prioritized product features and ensure alignment with strategic objectives – own and manage the backlog with the data/tech teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business SMEs to deliver use cases that optimize field productivity, reduce downtime, improve sales effectiveness, or enhance customer experience – across the world
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by setting clear KPIs (e.g., cost savings, revenue uplift, ROI, payback) and monitoring the success of delivered products – and following through with an extreme ownership mindset – while being a very strong collaborator
  • Design and execute rigorous validation tests with end-users to ensure the AI solution is not only technically accurate but also valuable, usable, and solves the core business problem
  • Act as the “voice of the business” in technical discussions and ensure that data solutions create adoption and value in operations and sales; Communicate progress, roadblocks, and results clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Champion data-driven decision making within business units and promote scaling of successful use cases
  • Ensure that all solutions leverage the CDP foundation (Common Data Platform), shared artifacts, and standardized data models for reusability and scalability

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Data, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project delivery with proven business impact
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data initiatives to P&L impact, revenue growth, cost optimization, or customer experience improvements
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Ability to see the big picture, connect dots across the business, and use data to make sharp, logical decisions
  • Track record of delivering tangible results through data or digital products in an industrial, service, or IoT-heavy business
  • Entrepreneurial & Results-Driven: A proactive, self-starting leader with a strong sense of ownership and an unwavering focus on delivering measurable impact
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI (or similar reporting tools) is a plus (ability to guide technical teams, not hands-on required)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills in global organizations
  • Fluent in English, German, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is a plus
  • Powerful team player and collaborator
  • Ready to go the extra mile to get things done – whatever it takes, from deep tech discussions to training to business cases to culture change
