What we expect

  • Understanding costing principles, bill of material, routing ability to perform both excel-based and SAP-based costing.
  • Thorough knowledge of Cost run methodology from SAP; resolve the encountered errors, re-execute the erroneous step or the entire costing run until the cost estimate is error-free before marking and releasing it.
  • Experience in deriving activity rate; machine hour rate.
  • Provide active support during the audit by answering questions and providing requested information and aid in the post-audit process by participating in the management response and follow-up actions for any identified issues.
  • To manage cost center wise expenses analysis and control; continuous monitoring of cost -center-wise bill booking. Train and guide bill booking team on correct cost-center-wise booking.
  • Monthly monitor and correct cost center-wise expense trends.
  • Perform primary and secondary cost allocations.
  • Support in budget and forecast processes involves creating accurate short-term and long-term budget.
  • Inventory analysis and valuation knowledge of inventory valuation. Understanding of how system inventory valuation works.
  • Monthly MIS support – should support in month end SAP closing. Month end JV’s. checking trends and analyzing costs.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce must be certified Cost Management Accountant (CMA).
  • 3+ years of experience in the accountancy field or an equivalent role.
