What we expect
- Lead complex, cross functional sourcing projects.
- Demonstrate efficient and effective use of strategic sourcing and procure-to-pay processes.
- Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure.
- Drive contract and bidding management process.
- Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update supplier scorecards and address supplier performance issues.
- Negotiate and drive component costing and ensure continuous cost reduction.
- Negotiate commercial and contract terms with suppliers.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Working experience of 8-10 years and at least 2 years in the similar or Elevator or Industry.
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes and strategies.
- Ability to interact and negotiate with key suppliers and internal stakeholders on key contracts and services while negotiating in complex and ever-changing environments.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
