What we expect
- You will create and administer all service contracts in the company CRM system (VIEW system) and in SAP based on our ticketing system
- You will be the quality gate between CRM (VIEW system) and SAP data
- You will monitor and complete the annual indexing process for the service contracts
- You will liaise with appropriate stakeholders to address and resolve open items
Who we are looking for
- You are open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern Europe countries;
- Fluency in English and in Hungarian is a must and other Eastern European language skill is an advantage;
- Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
- You are willing to work hard and accept fluctuations in the workload;
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage, but not a must;
- Contract management experience is also an advantage;
- You pay attention to details;
- You enjoy coordinating with colleagues in different countries (Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland) and you don’t mind explaining things several times if needed.
