What we expect
We are seeking a Leader of Digital Transformation to co-drive the execution of our global digital roadmap and support a data-driven organizational acceleration of business impact tracked by data. In this high-impact role, you will drive transformational projects, design and track digital roadmaps, and provide insightful analysis and reporting that informs decision-making at the executive level. This position requires strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally across global and local digital teams, and a passion for turning digital ambitions into tangible business outcomes and the ability to translate between business and tech/Data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Digital Roadmap: Create and co-drive our global digital transformation journey by managing cross-functional initiatives and track progress across key business areas .
- Program Lead: Define and lead complex digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Organizational Enablement: Act as a catalyst for change by identifying capability gaps, proposing improvement measures, and supporting change management initiatives that foster digital acceleration.
- Enable Business Success: Work closely with all relevant Stakeholder (business and technical) to enable digital product success E2E. Act as an advocate for value of having digital ingrained, aligning digital business objectives and boundaries.
- Insightful Reporting: Develop compelling presentations and executive-ready reports using data insights, dashboards, and visual storytelling to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with local and global digital teams, business units, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment, coordination, and knowledge-sharing across all digital transformation efforts.
- KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor transformation progress and organizational impact, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Who we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in top business consulting, digital transformation or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.
- Proven track record of managing or supporting complex digital initiatives in a global organization.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation preferred.
- Background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector preferrable.
- Skills:
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic/conceptual thinking with hands-on (getting things done at speed for scale) execution mentality and excellent communication skills, capable to manage different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn fast, continuously improve, and uphold high ethical standards.
- Curiosity, adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements.
- At least B2B Industry or System Know-How
- Language:
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German and/or Spanish, are beneficial.
