What we expect
- Preparation and checking of detailed engineering drawings based upon sample components/ reference drawings.
- Preparation of elevator 3D model, 2D car & shaft plans, elevator elevation drawings for GAD team.
- Preparation and checking of sub-assembly, assembly drawings, BOM, Product configuration tables.
- Provide input for Installation Manual/ commissioning manuals & Maintenance Manual/ spare parts list.
- Preparation of Technical specifications, design data calculations, order processing guidelines.
- Preparation of product specifications, product selection charts/tables.
- Should be familiar with all Elevator calculations such traction, ropes factor of safety, guide rail selections, CWT filler calculations, system calculations etc.
- Should be familiar with all IS, EN & ISO elevator codes & standards.
- Should be familiar with all India state specific codes & standards.
- Prepare project charter, field test reports, site visit reports.
- Conduct DFMEA & prepare DFMEA reports.
- Support for all activities related to IS 17900 standard.
- Field visits to resolve issues.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical
- Working experience of 4-8 years and at least 3 years in the similar Elevator or similar Industry.
- Should be familiar with all IS, EN & ISO elevator codes & standards.
