What we expect
- Performs tasks related to the timely procurement and delivery, and the acceptance and issue of material from the warehouse
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse: organizes the time of delivery, records incoming and outgoing goods and regulates the safe storage of goods
- Provides for keeping records of stock movements, including reversals
- Loading and unloading the material from the warehouse
- Communicates with domestic suppliers and buyers and solves complaints
- Sells materials to the third parties and issues bills
- Maintain and manage complete purchasing data and prices in the system
- Plans and manages inventory and also participates in the preparation and arrangement of goods for inventory, which are carried out at least once a year
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Who we are looking for
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker at least 2 years
- Computer literacy and database work, spreadsheet work, and text editor
- Decent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to lift heavy objects

The new colleague will join to support our regional warehouse in a team of 3 lead by the Supply Chain and Warehouse Team Lead.
