What we expect

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the elevator/lifting equipment industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A positive, resilient and self-motivated approach

Who we are looking for

  • Actively prospect and identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
  • Manage existing client relationships and secure repeat business
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and/or tender materials to potential customers
  • Advise clients on best lift solutions/ products, ensuring compliance with safety/building codes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales within agreed parameters
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Liaise with factory for pricing, ordering and shipping
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting

Additional information

Car Allowance : RM 1,000/month
Parking : pay & claim
Medical : RM 2,000/annum
