Nossas expectativas
We are seeking Data Engineers to join our Data & Insights team. These roles focus on exploring and analyzing data, developing new use cases, and implementing data products that create measurable business value for elevator service operations, sales, and other functions. Working on top of the Common Data Platform (CDP) foundation, this team ensures that insights are turned into action and value is realized.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data exploration, preparation, and analysis to derive actionable insights
- Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks and Data Factory
- Collaborate with peers across global teams (e.g., Berlin, Madrid, Atlanta) to ensure consistency and reuse of artifacts
- Work closely with business stakeholders to contextualize data, explain findings, and enable adoption
- Track and measure business value created by data use cases
Quem buscamos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data analysis, Engineering, or Applied analytics
- Strong hands-on skills in Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, and preferably Power BI
- Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in industrial or service businesses, preferably IoT data or field operations
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in international environments
- Fluent in English
