What we expect
- Increase market share and sales volume by efficient sales activities of our products - passenger and freight elevators, escalators, moving walks and platforms for people with disabilities
- Draft customized offers according to the technical specifications of the projects;
- Provide technical solutions and optimize them in terms of cost/deliverables for customer projects / requests for quotation
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients;
- Identify customer needs in terms of requirements and products in order to fulfill them
- Negotiate price, delivery terms, payment terms, etc. with customers
- Continuously apply market knowledge and sales effort in line with sales targets and budget
- Actively campaign to increase the company's portfolio by following tenders and selectively bidding on them
Who we are looking for
- Higher educational degree preferably in a technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales preferably in the elevator and/or construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate with the customer, offer solutions, adapt to market requirements and to build a long-term relationship for repeatability of sales
- Good PC skills (Ms Office, CRM);
- Fluency in English and Romanian both written and spoken
- Driving license cat. B and able to travel within the country
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and customer-oriented personality
