TKE – move beyond
What we expect
- Offer/sign maintenance contracts (including additional services) that fulfil clients’ expectations, according to the standards defined at corporate level, adapted to the local market at prices that assure profitability.
- Take actions to increase TKE’s market share in terms of units under maintenance, by continuously searching for service opportunities in the market.
- Commercially defend the own portfolio assigned and avoid losses, in coordination with the Service Operations department and Branch Manager.
- Prepare, submit and negotiate repair tenders.
- Constantly focus on department KPI’s, assuring that they are in line with the companies policy.
- Regularly visit after-sales clients, keeping a close commercial relationship with them.
- Suggest modernization and repair solutions/developments to improve market share in assigned region.
- Negotiate modernization and repair contracts, prices, delivery times and payment conditions according to the organization’s guidelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction regarding commercial activities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Technical department: provide the necessary information for allocating material orders to suppliers.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Administrative department: facilitate documentation management, invoicing, support in case needed and (only in a first step) money collection activities.
- Comply with TKE’s internal Health & Safety norms and requirements when visiting worksites and in all other work activities.
- Comply with Anti-Trust and Compliance directives of TKE AG.
Furthermore depending on the company’s strategy defined for after-sales business for sales representatives focused on specific market segments, such as:
- 3rd Party Sales Representative: specialised in capturing maintenance contracts and/or modernizations from competitors’ portfolios.
- Special Units Sales Representative: specialised in obtaining maintenance contracts and/or modernizations in special market segments (high speed, special units, representative buildings and/or key clients).
Who we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role requiring technical knowledge
- Strong sales attitude and communication skills
- Fluency in English and in Romanian, both spoken and written
- Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM usage
- Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
