What we expect
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Who we are looking for
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify key market segments and potential customers for elevator products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable elevator solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of elevator products, services, and industry trends
- Effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, installation, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations.
