ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Consistently performs monthly inventory management target.
• Performs inventory planning, purchasing, management and reconciliation to maintain continuity of supply.
• Create and distribute Purchase Orders (PO’s) to vendors.
• Requisition and order materials and products, and assist with pricing, invoicing, tracking and processing of orders to
  support production.
• Identify and solve problems by conducting root cause analysis.
• Identify, recommend and assist in the implementation of cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform forecast analysis to strategically plan inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory annually.
• Adhere to the Office 6S principles.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or Finance highly preferred
• High School or equivalent required
• One to three years of purchasing and planning experience in a lean manufacturing environment required.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings of component parts required.
• Must be familiar with engineering change processes, bill of materials, company parts and products.
• Solid written and oral communication skills essential for the role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple functions in a fast paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects.
  
  

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, office location, etc.

Employees will receive 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees will enjoy 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 5 paid days of sick leave. Up to six weeks of paid parental leave will be available for use after successful completion of 90-days of full-time employment.
