Nossas expectativas

We are seeking a Digital Governance Manager to co-drive our digital governance and processes on a global scale. This key role involves driving a governance framework and ensuring adherence to governance standards and organizational objectives within our global structure. In addition, the role oversees progress, dependencies and impediments from feature teams to ensure delivery. This position requires a deep understanding of digital governance, along with strong collaborative skills to engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders, enabling business value creation

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Governance Ownership: Driving established and operative governance frameworks as a strong owner. Ensure governance policies are reflecting organizational priorities. Ensure compliance of execution in balance with the nature of a fast paced environment is met.
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure TKEs portfolio across digital and data products is prioritized and aligned with global and local organizations. Be a strong advocate to always start at the user (Service technician, customer or enduser) and focus on business value creation. Enable business success balancing local needs with global capacities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining governance processes to enhance efficiency, and digital business value creation.
  • Definition of Standards: Define, document, and communicate governance policies in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain an governance framework, ensuring policies are actionable, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for global stakeholders across business units, IT, security, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to align on governance requirements, priorities, and value delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring governance goals are well-communicated and implemented.
  • Collaboration with your peers: Partner with Product Owners and other peer groups to ensure excellence in product delivery and business value creation. Act as a go-to-person for your peer group.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Report progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, using data to refine the governance strategy as necessary.

Quem buscamos

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in digital governance, process management, or a similar role, ideally in a global organization.
  • Proven experience in managing governance frameworks and working with both technical and business teams.
  • Background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of governance principles with a focus on strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of balancing technical and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, policy management tools, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with global compliance standards, including data protection regulations and cybersecurity standards.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment and strategic vision.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements.
  • Willingness to learn fast, continuously improve, and uphold high ethical standards.

Language:

Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German and/or Spanish, are beneficial.
