What we expect
- Managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk
- Interface with different internal and external agency for interface activity for site readiness and completions.
- Sound technical knowledge in the field of lift and escalator
- Experience in managing multiple sites concurrently
- Meeting all Safety & Quality criteria and target for zero fatality. Conduct timely Safety & Quality audits/checks.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Handling NCR in structured process for identifying, documenting, analyzing, and resolving deviations from quality standards or project specifications.
- A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
- High proficiency in computer applications. IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organization.
- Change order generations and completions
Who we are looking for
- Diploma /B.Tech. (Electrical /Mechanical).
- Experience 10 to 15 years
- Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry out of which 5 years in Metro Project
