What we expect
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Manager to join a high-impact global internal communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we connect, inform, and inspire employees across the organization.
You’ll play a key role in managing communication channels, supporting and leading internal campaigns, and supporting executive communications to drive engagement and alignment.
Channel management & content creation
- Optimize internal communication channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility of messaging across platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness.
- Develop engaging content that resonates with diverse employee audiences.
- Identify and amplify employee stories that reflect company culture and values.
Campaign development & project management
- Design and deliver impactful internal campaigns that support business priorities, culture, and change initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and -regionally with internal stakeholders to align messaging and timing.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful execution.
Executive communications support
- Support town halls, leadership videos, and other executive-led initiatives.
- Craft compelling messages, talking points and presentations.
- Provide strategic counsel on tone, format, and delivery to maximize impact and authenticity.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
- Proven experience managing internal channels and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across multiple channels and formats – Including written content, video scripts, visual storytelling, and digital platforms.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting executive communications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Teams tools; Experience with CoPilot and Viva applications a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
