TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Director-Pricing located in Atlanta, GA.
This role is responsible for developing and executing the North America (NA) pricing strategy, including process optimization, reporting, organizational structure, and implementation planning.
Covering TKE operations across the U.S. and Canada, this position serves as a key liaison between Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to ensure alignment and execution of pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced pricing analytics, AI-driven insights, and market-based pricing models to optimize pricing decisions and enhance business performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assess and Optimize Pricing Strategies: Conduct comprehensive analyses of current pricing processes, tools, and skillsets to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and Implement Pricing Frameworks: Design and validate a North America (NA) pricing strategy, incorporating product pricing, customer segmentation, and pricing governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage Advanced Pricing Analytics: Utilize AI-driven insights, machine learning models, and market-based pricing strategies to optimize pricing decisions and maximize profitability.
- Enhance Market Competitiveness: Conduct competitor and market research to evaluate macro-level pricing trends, ensuring pricing strategies remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to develop data-driven pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market share.
- Implement Pricing Tools and Systems: Develop and deploy pricing tools and frameworks that empower sales teams to generate optimized price recommendations within defined guidelines.
- Monitor Performance and Effectiveness: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a robust set of metrics to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies, ensuring a balance between margin growth, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Plan for Future Pricing Needs: Provide strategic recommendations on pricing organization structure, capabilities, and requirements for the next 2-3 years to support long-term business goals.
- Maximize Revenue Growth: Track and manage total revenue per client to identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing structures, and enhance overall business performance.
- Develop Analytical Models and Tools: Create and maintain sophisticated pricing models, forecasting tools, and scenario analysis frameworks to support strategic decision-making and pricing initiatives.
- Operate with Independence: Work autonomously in a dynamic and evolving environment, navigating nascent processes and complex datasets to drive informed decision-making and pricing excellence.

Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related or analytical discipline required
- MBA preferred or graduate studies in economics, finance, or related field
- Minimum 12+ years prior pricing, revenue management, finance or quantitative marketing environment required.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience.
- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of pricing concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Develops policies and procedures to achieve specific pricing business case goals
- Demonstrates analytical capabilities in the areas of Financial Impact Analysis, Customer Segmentation, Sensitivity Analysis, and Price Elasticity
- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative customer and consumer insights to design and implement compelling offers to drive results to plan
- Strong team orientation with ability to provide peer coaching and work across organizational boundaries
- Ability to analyze issues and develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Language Skills: Able to write complex correspondence in a clear and understandable manner; Ability to read and comprehend information in a variety of forms; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to Sr. Executives, customers, clients and other leaders within the organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ (BigMachines), Databricks, and pricing analytics software. Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, and reporting.
- Data Analytics & Modeling: Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling to analyze pricing data, forecast impacts, and inform strategic decisions.
- Data Visualization & Communication: Proficiency in visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders; strong communication skills to influence high-level strategies.
- Pricing Strategy & Market Analysis: Proven experience in pricing strategy development, market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and impact forecasting.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.
- Strategic & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build business cases, support pricing decisions, and drive profitability through data-driven insights.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity, leveraging AI and pricing technologies, and implementing structured solutions.
- Professionalism & Compliance: Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills; adheres to safety and security procedures.
