TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Work Order Coordinator II located in Atlanta, GA.
This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination and documentation of work orders against deadlines. Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, verifies and disseminates work requests from customers
- Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete.
- Maintains the integrity of the work order system data
- Processes confidential information.
- Maintains a complex filing system.
- Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Develops process relative to the work control system.
- Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, office location, etc.

Up to six weeks of paid parental leave will be available for use after successful completion of 90-days of full-time employment. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
