About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to drive feature delivery for our Digital Emergency Services (DES) product — a mission-critical solution enabling reliable emergency communication for elevators worldwide.
In this role, you will own epics and features end-to-end, collaborate deeply with cloud and embedded engineering teams, align stakeholders across multiple regions, and contribute to the product roadmap together with our global PO team. A strong technical foundation — especially in cloud services (Azure) and IoT/embedded concepts — is essential.
This position is based in Brazil, working closely with teams in Germany, India, Hungary, Spain and the United States.
Your Responsibilities
Product Definition & Backlog Ownership
· Lead epic and feature definition, ensuring clear scope, requirements, and value
· Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud, embedded, and system-level features
· Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap goals
· Balance technical constraints, customer needs, and business priorities
Prioritization & Business Value Assessment
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, service teams, and field organizations to understand needs, urgency, and commercial impact
· Evaluate business value, customer value, and technical feasibility to drive clear prioritization decisions
· Facilitate trade-off discussions and ensure transparency around priority-setting
· Use data, KPIs, and performance insights to guide investment decisions and shape the roadmap
Technical Collaboration
· Work closely with cloud engineering leads and embedded/firmware leads to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
· Understand dependencies between cloud services, device firmware, communication modules, and emergency protocols
· Support the teams in sequencing work, clarifying requirements, and resolving blockers
Global Alignment & Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate with the global Product Owner team to shape the product roadmap and define quarterly priorities
· Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to internal stakeholders across regions
· Coordinate with external vendors and development partners to ensure transparency and high-quality deliverables
· Maintain clear communication, expectation management, and structured alignment
Performance Insights & KPI Tracking
· Define and monitor key product performance KPIs for DES
· Use data to support backlog priorities and continuous product improvement
· Provide clear reporting to leadership and PO peers
Quem buscamos
Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years in Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or a similar role
· Strong technical understanding of cloud services (Azure preferred)
· Good understanding of IoT or embedded system development
· Proven ability to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
· Strong analytical and prioritization skills with a focus on business value
· Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities
· Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Have
· Experience with Azure-based cloud architectures
· Exposure to firmware, device communication protocols, or connectivity modules
· Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or high-availability systems
· Familiarity with agile frameworks
· Experience collaborating with external vendors
