What we expect
Digital Operations Centers (DOC) at TKE intend to translate data into actionable insights for our service and sales workforce in field operations, all geared towards improving performance of our customers’ elevators and escalators. At multiple locations worldwide we run DOC’s where top experts from elevator domain, data and field operations gather. We are now ready to accelerate the impact of our DOCs. We will actively drive global learning across the world – Americas, Europe and Asia. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global DOC team, located in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate has gained first professional experience in designing processual and organizational setups, ideally within a consulting or corporate role. The Analyst role is key to leverage the successful impact of local DOC’s at global scale.
- Closely collaborate with global DOC leadership
- Improve processual and organizational setup of global DOC collaboration model
- Drive and develop regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOC’s
- Conduct market intelligence research on peer competition and their approaches similar to DOC at TK Elevator
- Conduct market intelligence research on different industries’ approaches similar to DOC at TK Elevator
- Create training and communication material (e.g. power point and video) to explain DOC’s to the wider TKE organization
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, technical or engineering program or a comparable subject
- At least 2 years professional experience with exposure to process and organization design in a consulting or corporate role
- High proficiency in the core MS Office suite of applications, ideally additional PowerBI skills
- Understanding of the B2B world in a Service context
- Competence in data analysis and passion for data-driven business focused innovation in industrial services
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
